Translucent base allows light to illuminate the suspended pearlescent shimmers and micro-fine glitters to leave a brilliant, hyper-lustrous look, with a barely-there feel on skin. Creates the high-shine, glistening effect of an all over gloss – without the tackiness! Use alone or layer over your favorite eye shadow for an amped up sheen or all over. Dry-to-the-touch, non-tacky formula won’t smudge. Long-wearing; transfer-resistant.

How to use:
Apply with a sponge, synthetic brush or fingers and blend into cheeks, eyes and body. Can be worn on bare skin, over foundation or Heaven's Hue Highlighter.
